  I had just purchased my condo and needed to fix it up. I had no design or decorating sense at all, but Mordy came in with a lot of intriguing ideas and a lot of confidence and made it all work. It was really a work of perfection. The living room was very big, and he came up with a design to accent one wall off the others such that no matter how the lighting lit the room, it looked warm and inviting from every angle. I just loved the result. So much so that when an earthquake shook the building and cracked a portion of the drywall around a picture window frame and tore the wallpaper, I did not repair it even though the insurance would cover it. I know that sounds nuts, but you would have to see the room to understand how great it looks even with the tear after so many years. So I left it as is and put in some wooden blinds that covered that portion of wall when the blinds swung open, which is most of the day. People still marvel at the workmanship after all these yearsshow more

  1. Enclosed an open-air office upstairs in our house #1 went absolutely perfectly, like a work of art. Avi treated our house as if it were his own. He was always prompt and honest. He painstakingly matched the materials and wooden doors of our house. When the previous owners toured our house, they were very impressed and said, "It's as if it the new wall and door were always there!" Avi was not the least expensive bidder, but we went with him because we knew he would take the project seriously and meticulously. We were right! It was the best decision by far. Would use him again in a heartbeat. 2. Wall papered that office 3. Removed a cabinet attached to wall in basement. Removed a vanity in basement bathroom. Removed all electrical tubing and plumbing from basement from those two fixtures. Dry walled basement walls after cabinet and vanity removal. Reattached cabinet to concrete wall in garage. #2 and #3 both went well. Avi's crew was very responsive, friendly, and neat. They cleaned up all the messshow more

  Jerry was a really nice guy and was on time. No problem with him personally. Gave him coffee, water, nice conversation. I should have looked at the job before I paid and he left but I figured after 30 plus years of painting that he knew what he was doing. Tiny splatter on my kitchen floor because he didn't cover any parts of the floor which I thought was rule #1 in painting, in addition he missed several spots inside a few cabinets. I know the cabinets will eventually be filled with stuff but I paid for this service and I'm bummed at myself for giving him a $50.00 tip. I'm frustrated. I don't understand how somebody can be a painter for so many years and still miss the mark. Jerry, I think I would like to have my $50 tip backshow more

  We love these guys!!! After Edan and Arivan did our downstairs remodel 3 yrs ago, including a beautiful kitchen, there was no question on who we would use for our 2nd floor remodel. Our 2nd floor had standard builder quality material and after 14 years, it needed a complete overhaul. As I mentioned in our original review, these guys are more than just contractors. They helped with the design and style of remodel including helping us select all the fixtures, knobs, lights, etc in every room. The result - an amazing 2nd floor that looks like a hotel and spa. (This is the response we get the most from friends and neighbors.) Here's a list of things that sets these guys apart: Timeliness - They did all this work in approx 6-7 weeks. We chose to move out to be able to complete it in this timeframe Responsiveness - Any time there was something that needed to be fixed or adjusted, Edan sent someone right away Quality - They use the best stuff so it will last. The detail in the cabinets, molding and wainscoting is beautiful. After over 3 years, our kitchen still looks brand new. Style - These guys know what looks good and what doesn't. Edan spent many hours with us looking at materials that matched our style. He knew what we liked and always offered his own recommendations. Budget - They do a great job sticking to your budget and offer different alternatives on materials for you to decide on what to splurge on or what to keep simple. We highly recommend Do it Right.   We can't believe how much we loved US Home Developers. It was an absolute dream to work with this company from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough! To start, the company was highly efficient. I was able to get a quote on a project the same day I called. Avi came out to do the estimate. My husband and I both loved his eye for detail. It was almost as if he cared as much about the outcome as we did. He was careful, knew what he was doing, and was extremely kind and gentle. Second, the work that was done was impeccable. The pocket doors they installed in our study completely matched the rest of the house. The kitchenette they removed downstairs was quick and the drywall they put up looked perfect. We ended up wanting to get rid of some electrical wires and Avi accommodated us quickly with that. But it really was Avi who made this such a pleasure. He was honest, empathetic, and a real gem.   Beware of their workmanship. 2 coats were not evenly distributed on stucco even after I pointed out many areas. He said it was shadows but any time of day it shows. Very noticeable. . Garage doors show signs of paint bubbling after 2weeks probably due to no primer used. Destroyed 5 plants in front garden and ruined hose but took no responsibility. After given the name and color swatch to paint the garage doors he brought samples of an entirely different color and convinced me it would be very close. It wasn’t. He wouldn’t repaint it without charging me even though I bought the correct paint. Seemingly a calm, easy going man but he shows limited customer service and professionalismshow more

  He has worked for my family for over 12 years. Maybe more. I lost count. I have so many good things to say about Jose and his partner Cecellio. They are both super friendly and always have a smile on their face. I haven’t found a job they couldn’t do yet. Things they have done are worked on electrical, paint, add walls, take out and put in a new bathtub, tile on floor, pretty tile on walls, put in new ceiling lights and so much more. They do work in my animal barn doing things like fixing waterers, putting up fans, replacing the washers in the roof, mounting racks, securing feeders to the walls, putting up metal fencing and even hosing down the inside of the stall. No job is too big or too small for them. They also do work in my father’s medical office. You can trust these guys with your money, medications or jewelry laying around. They have keys to both my house and my dad’s office. We trust them that much! They clean up well after completing a project. They do things right the first time around. They really pay attention to detail. They actually WANT to do a good job and for you to be pleased with their work. I can’t say enough good things about these two guys.
