"After having a water leak in my house, I had to do something I have never done before. I have never had to deal with an insurance claim or a general contractor and I was dreading having to go down this road. Gianni was the first person I spoke with when he came out to my house to assess the damage and quote the damage to my insurance company. He sent Alex Arista in as my construction foreman who is awesome! He walked me through everything, keeping me in the loop and answered all my silly and I'm sure stupid questions. If Alex wasn't telling me something, Heather certainly was! She often called me to make sure everything was going according to schedule and that I had no problems or questions. Awesome customer service! Once the crew started their work, they did an excellent job. Maya and Edgar did some of the nicest flooring work I have ever seen. I couldn't be happier! They did such excellent work, I would highly recommend this crew. The transition from tile to wood is so clean and the edges are perfect! Someone who helped me throughout the whole process was Orly Caspi. She too kept checking to make sure I was happy and had no questions. She also kept me up on my payments and sent out my receipts on a timely basis. Every person from day one until the repairs were completed (nearly 4 months) was professional and friendly to me and my family. "We used this company to clean our deceased mother’s carpets. The house was mainly empty of furniture so there was a large area to clean. In the rooms that did have furniture, Tyler did more work than I anticipated to make sure the largest amount of carpet area was cleaned. When Mom was still with us, she wasn’t getting around as well as she used to and we learned her pets didn’t always get outside when needed. Tyler discovered unknown pet stains and we had a room where we knew there were extreme pet stains/ odors. Tyler went above and beyond to remove as much of the pet stains/odors as possible. His efforts showed how he cared about getting those carpets clean. All of Tyler’s exceptional work was done at a very reasonable price and at the estimated cost. "We were happy to find Tommy and his crew. We had some water damage in the lower level of our home after the heavy rains this year. We had mold in the carpet and water coming in through the porous tile. Tommy gave us a fair quote and their staff handled the process professionally. The company's owner offered me free service and they showed up on time and did an excellent job I appreciated the professionalism, the fact that they cared enough to address my concerns and they provided quality work. I'd give them an A but deducted a few points because this did cost me labor hours to my property manager so I still lost $80.show more
