A-1 Carpet Masters

It’s difficult to get a day-of appointment with some service providers, which is why I was thrilled when David Flirt of A-1 Carpet Masters agreed to squeeze me into his afternoon Saturday schedule. I desperately need the car upholstery cleaned and after asking some general questions he said, “Absolutely, I can do that!” He arrived punctually and began reviewing the job. Within about 10 minutes he had cost estimate and began cleaning the upholstery. David was meticulous and consciences about his work. Not only was work and equipment of the highest caliber, but he was courteous in conversation and very agreeable to be around. I recommend David without reservation and will definitely be calling on him for jobs in the future.

The best job ever done cleaning our carpets - they look like new! The carpet repair work has also given our entire home a much needed face lift. We enjoyed and trusted doing business with David & asked him to come back and clean the fabric on our dinning room chairs. A-1 Carpet Masters will be our cleaning & repair choice from now on.

They used to have a robot call on the phone. I used them once thinking it would be good to support a family owned business. It didn't work out well. It was at my tenants house. It was all ok except they left the stairs wet and drips came down the stairs. The next day you could see lines of drip on every stair where it dripped down from the top of the stair. I called them to fix it and they would not come back. Be careful if they clean your stairs. There were 2 people who came to complete the work and it took an hour or two.

I am extremely pleased with the carpet repair work that David provided. Next month he will be back for carpet and tile cleaning. A true professional!

Dave is a fantastic carpet cleaner. He spent a lot of time on our carpets and the job was professionally done. I will call and have Dave do the rest of our house at a later date. I could not have ask for a better job.

I am very pleased with service and professionalism. My sectional couch is so clean it looks new. I hadn't had the couch cleaned in at least 6 years and the last company that cleaned it didn't do nearly as great a job as A-1 Carpet Masters. I will definitely call him again.

We used A-1 carpet masters quarterly to clean our carpets. David (the owner) is extremely friendly and provides great customer service. Justin has cleaned our carpets a few times and is also extremely friendly and professional. They do an awesome job getting stains out of the carpets too.

Arrived promptly, completed job efficiently.

They were absolutely a 100% adequate.  They showed up on Christmas Eve for the job that we needed, that above all was excellent.  The carpet was in the main area, so you could just imagine how it was during the holiday season.  I think I will give them a four because four is reserved for over the top service.  They were very professional and very clean.  It was just an excellent experience all the way through.  But it was nothing out of the ordinary one way or the other and they did not get any spots out I didn?t think they?ll get out.  Everything was done as expected and the most important thing is they showed up on Christmas Eve which was amazing.   

They were average and they were not excellent.  They were supposed to show up at 9 pm and they came later but they communicated that to us.

They did a great job and got out all the stains. they we right on time. Super friendly and professional. It was a great value for the price.

I had called A1 Carpet Masters to do some repair work on a carpet that had a bucket of paint spilled on it. They were very courteous on the phone and accommodating to my immediate need to have the carpet fixed.
We had a two level house. Both floors have different carpets (upper floor had premium, the lower floor did not). We had a limited amount of excess/extra carpet -- just enough to patch small jobs.
The carpet that needed fixing was on the first floor. Due to the size of the paint spill, a 5'x6' square had to be cut out to remove the paint spill. Unfortunately, the big size meant that the excess carpet we had could not properly cover the hole. The only carpet that could provide a patch that big was the master bedroom closet on the second floor. So, A1 Carpet had taken out the carpet from the closet, patched it onto the problem area, and carefully worked their professional expertise to make sure the patch blended in the best way possible. 
Obviously, the master closet now needed replacement carpet, so I had ran out to the local home improvement store to get replacement carpet for the master closet. A1 installed the replacement carpet upstairs as well. Unexpectedly, they had also given us a complimentary rug cleaning to the problem/patched area -- a very nice thing for them to do. 
The task took about a couple of hours, and I feel they did a very good job with working with the situation in the best way possible. Customer service was top notch from both the front office and the repair professional. Will gladly work with them again for any future jobs.

I contacted A-1, and he was able to effect a repair so well that it is undetectable.  It was very tedious work, as he had to do each loop separately, gluing and rolling.  It is seamless!

I received a rough estimate of the cost for this work when I originally called A-1 Carpet Masters. The technician arrived promptly as scheduled, looked at the work to be done, and quoted me a firm price that was within $5 of the rough estimate I received. He completed the carpet repair quickly, with courtesy and professionalism.

A 1 Carpet Masters didn't provide us with the same carpet that we had ordered from them. I noticed that the carpet was two different shades and that is not what we had wanted. The owner ended up becoming ill, so we had to wait six months for them to come back and change out the carpet. Our insurance paid for the cost of the carpet, so there was no charge to us.

A-1 Carpet Masters showed up on time and did a very good job with our carpets. The carpet was of high quality and they installed it properly and to my satisfaction. They also removed the old carpet and installed it in the closets for me.
