This was an amazing experience. By having my carpets cleaned brightened the mood of the entire family. What a lovely treat. Our professional carpet cleaner was hard-working, trustworthy, and did an amazing job. He worked with my schedule and gave excellent tips to keep the carpet clean. I just cannot say enough about the quality of work and how much we enjoyed having our carpets cleaned. Thank you!

They did a great job!  And luckily, the carpets dried quickly.  Professional and polite company who offered extra services for cat pee on my carpet, which worked fantastically!  Definitely will use them again.

Called before arrival and subsequently arrived in the specified time frame as usual.  Reviewed the work to be done and he outlined the game plan and went to work. Efficient and personable worker.  We have used this company for years and the work and workers have always been top-notched.  Excellent people to do business with.

They were OK. It didn't take them long to do it. The carpets weren't soaked. It took about an hour for them to dry. They did a good job. I got a deal. I really liked them. The price was reasonable. They were good quality. They were in and out and did what they had to do.

I did not like the service at all. It was very stiff after everything dried that's why I haven't hired them back for any more cleaning. I don't recall seeing any polishing or deodorizing. I think the cleaning product is the problem and not the installers. It left my carpet stiff and hard once they left. I didn't feel that the job was well done with the products that they had so I will not recommend them. In fact, I have had people ask and I have not recommended them for that reason. The people that were here were fine. I just didn't like the outcome.

The service turned out wonderful. I actually very much like them. They were there right away and did a beautiful job. The second time I had them once before just to clean my carpet and this time, it was an emergency. They were very good. I’m glad to give them credit. What stands out about them is that they were very good, very friendly and did the job very efficiently. I was very satisfied by it. I like Chem’s carpet cleaning because the carpet isn’t soaked as other cleaners are. It dries pretty quickly. I would tell my friends or neighbours looking for similar service that they did a good job cleaning my carpet. I had another carpet cleaner that came in June. It was very expensive and they didn’t do a good job as Chem did. The personality of the person doing the cleaning was very good too. The price was good for me. They did an excellent job. They were quick. They were here the day after I called. They showed up when they were supposed to. Their professionalism was very good.

It was a fine service. They cleaned 5 rooms carpet. Everything was good. They will do what you ask them to do.

The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous.
They cleaned a very large sectional with throw pillows, and a very large puffy chaise longer with throw pillows for me. Both pieces and pillows had been in storage for several years.
There were several old stains on the sectional that are now gone, both pieces smell fresh and clean... and look wonderful.
Amazing job, I had used the company in the past for carpet cleaning. I was happy with them then, and I am still extremely happy with their services years later.
I have already recommended them to friends, whom have already had some work done and have let me know how happy they were with the services as well.
