I recently had the pleasure of using the water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, and tile & grout cleaning services provided by COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Las Vegas . Let me start by saying that I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service and outstanding results they delivered. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were truly commendable. they stopped what they were doing and attended to my fiasco immediately.

i got to watch and they explained everything they were doing.

they pulled enough dirt and mosture out of it so that i was able to to take it straight home and lay it on the tile floor to dry. 

a good job!  i used them when i lived in another state, and their quality is still just as good.

I had a team of housekeepers in my home, never again more than one person. When vacuuming in the loft they accidentally vacuumed the hem of the drapes, tearing out the stitching. It tool forever to find someone in LV to repair them. Coit said they had to be cleaned first as it was the law; found out later that was a lie as the owner said something about 'we send the drapes out to be cleaned and repaired'. The sales rep, who came out said he was in charge of the drape repair dept, which turned out to be another lie. In the process of taking down the drapes he broke two of the plastic things (I think they are called 'eyes', that the hooks go into and said he didn't do it. They were absolutely fine when I had the drapes custom made. Before they 'cleaned' the drapes  they hung 4 inches onto the carpet and I was told there may be some shrinkage, but no more than an inch. I wasn't happy about that and was puzzled since it didn't make sense and no other drapes I've ever had cleaned shrank.  After they cleaned them they were 2.5 inches above the carpet; that is a 6.5 inch shrinkage. I called and spoke to the owner and told him how upset I was. He came to look at them, bringing the sales person along with, but I made the sale rep get out of my house. I don't allow people in my home, who have proven untrustworthy. Anyway the owner commence to tell them the drapes DID NOT shrink that much. Then I showed him pictures of when there were first installed and he did see they were far longer than what was returned to me. He said he'd see what could be done to make me happy. Well, that was bologna. I never heard from him again, now there are two places where two hooks with their two pleats are hanging together in one eye. Each eye is meant to hold one hook not two. And since then my drapes don't hang correctly and don't touch the carpet, let along lay 4" on the carpet. I went back to the original drape maker and the only thing that can be done is have new drapes made. I understand that, but the drapes hang in an area that is 20' long; thus uses about double that in material. Too much money to have to pay for them twice. They should NEVER repair or clean drapes because they don't know what the heck they are doing. AND btw, don't use Next Aseo Cleaning. They say they clean the base boards; they don't and they didn't reimburse me for the damage they did to the drapes. Their excuse was 'we didn't do that'. Yet I called them the day after they were here and certainly had no reason to tear the hem out of my drapes. And they did a really poor job of cleaning. Also the owner, Carlos Baruto, said he'd send me a check if I faxed him the bill Coit charged me. I sent it and Carlos ignored it. FYI, he sits at home answering the phone while his wife goes and cleans the houses. What a man!!! A pathetic man.

Our whole house has tile except the bedrooms, so it was a big job, and they did great!

I was totally pleased with the work performed by Coit. The technician Alex Macht cleaned a rug that had never been cleaned and he did an amazing job. He also cleaned my sofa, love seat and carpet. There prices were also much better than other estimates I received. Good job very pleased.

They did an excellent job!  Very professional.  They were on time, very polite and respectful.  Did a great job!  Helpful and carpet looked amazing.  So glad I had them clean my carpet.  I've hired them before and will do so again.  Always happy with their work!  Great Company!

It went very well. The gentleman was prompt, pleasant and worked hard. You could tell he was proud of his work. He did a great job.

They weren't great; but they were okay.  They were average, and they were neither good nor bad.  They were very good in responding.  They were on time.

I bought a beautiful wool rug at a second hand store.  I've never used Coit before but have always thought they were the pinnacle of cleaning and knew I wanted the very best for this exceptional rug.  I called Coit and they came out the very next day and were right on time.  Very nice man.  Looked at the rug briefly, and quoted me $290 to clean and Scothgard.  I gulped -- that was twice what I'd expected but after all, they're the best, right?  (I later looked on line and saw a 30% off coupon!)  Fast forward 8 days -- the rug is returned to me.  Because it involved moving furniture, he said he wasn't able to put it down for me and would come back Monday with a helper.   (I later called a girlfriend who helped me and we got it done in 15 minutes.)  Once the rug was down,  I noted that they had not refastened the fringe where it was coming loose at the corner.  Then I noticed that it was dark along the dges.  Dirt?  I got a damp white towel and rubbed gently -- it came away dirty.  I tried it on another place in the middle of the rug -- same thing.  I then dribbled a little water on the rug and it soaked right in -- didn't look like Scotchgard or any kind of repellant had been applied.  Am I disappointed?  Absolutely!  When I talked to the man who'd picked up & delivered the rug, he said, "we'll make it right."  At that point I decided, no.  I told him I wanted a refund and I'll find someone who will do it right the first time.  To his credit, he did not argue but immediately agreed.  I appreciated that.  Of the 3 people I talked to, he is the one who didn't try to make excuses.  Now I have the still-dirty rug in my living room and have to start doing what I should've done in the first place -- check Angie's List and ask friends for personal recommendations. 

They were right on time and were very polite.  My carpet had been pretty dirty after a visit from grandkids and a couple of young dogs.  They did a very good job of cleaning it.  They did an almost perfect job.  Their price was decent considering how dirty my carpet was at the time.

Coit did a really nice job on my two old chairs as they never looked cleaner. I was also happy with their customer service support and they spent a great amount of time making sure everything was cleaned properly. The price was also well within my budget.

I was not happy at all with carpet cleaning service. The young man did not vacuum the carpet first and therefore just shampooed the dirt into the carpet. The young man (Chris) asked me if I was having this cleaned because I was leaving the rental home. Why should this matter? He had a girl/woman waiting in the truck so imagine he was interested in getting the job quickly. The reason I chose Coit to clean my carpet was because it had the highest rating for carpet cleaning on Angie's List. Needless to say, there was no reason to praise the services for Coit Carpet cleaning in this instance.

Coit had to comeback to redo the job. They did so obligingly but had to comeback anyways. The carpet was left feeling rough (cleaning product residue) and the pet stains were more apparent than ever. Service was good but end results have been better elsewhere. Also very expensive for 1 hour 45 minutes worth of work. Showed up on time for the first appointment and 1 hour 20 minutes late for the redo.

Coit is a great company. They charge reasonable prices and they are polite to their customers. They hire friendly employees who really know their stuff. We were very pleased with the carpet cleaning work Coit did in our home.
