"The provider showed up on time.  However, he had to leave to go back to office to get proper equipment to clean carpet.  Why he didn't have proper equipment, I don't know.
Coupon was a little misleading.  Although I purchased a $100 coupon to clean entire house, when provider got there he said it was .20 cents additional for high traffic areas, which came to an additional $114.00.
The job was well done,but I was a little surprised with the additional cost.

"Nate called me within minutes of receiving my request, which I was just amazed with! His wife Charmaine came to give me an estimate on how much it would cost me to have my house cleaned. I also needed to have one of my caprets cleaned and was amazed to find out that was included in the cost! I hired them on the spot!
