    In a time where all you hear about is nightmares with contractors, how slow and unreliable they are, as well as overpriced, Carlos with Silverstate painting changed my opinion. I got lucky with a search on Angi and was put in contact with him. He came by the next day and looked at the project and I had a bid within a couple days. Pricing was what I expected. What I didn't expect was how he followed up every time he said he would, he was at my house at 8am everyday for 3 weeks while the projects were being done, he was courteous and polite. He was also harrassed by my daughter everyday about how her new room was coming along and when it would be done. He just laughed and took the time to explain to her as he went. I felt like he became a friend as the work progressed. I am scare to give him too good of a review because I need more work done and am scared he will be too busy, but in all honesty he was one of the absolute best people I have ever worked with on any home project and am absolutely confident in Recommending him. He is an unbelievable resource with all your home renovation needs

    From start to finish everything went extremely well. The designer, Sherry, had great suggestions for making all spaces most functional, and all our designs ended up being perfect. The office staff, Debbie, is very responsive and helpful. The installers were professional, did a great job installing, AND their clean-up was excellent. We initially had 4 large closets done, and then added one more because we were so pleased with the work and end products. Can’t say enough about this company and SOOOOO much less costly than their big competitor. Classy Closets employees are simply very nice and professional. Classy Closets warranty is also wonderful

    I chose Classy Closets because my last house had their closets and they were great. Everyone on this team is cordial, professional, and helpful. They gave me exactly what I asked for. The craftsmanship was outstanding, the quality of materials is exactly what they showed in the consultation, they were clean in their work and cleaned up afterward, and were genuinely nice guys. And Debbie in the office was extremely helpful and cheerful. In addition, their prices are extremely reasonable. It's nearly impossible to find people who deliver on everything they promise when it comes to home improvements, but Classy Closets definitely does. Would recommend them 100%

    WARNING : If your closet is not installed correctly, which ours was not, they DO NOT CARE and JUST WANT THEIR MONEY!! My wife and I met with the designer on 02/06/22, and we each designed our own walk in closet layout. My wife is 5’3” and I am 6’0”; so we had the closet designed with that in mind, with an 88” max heights on my wife’s closet. I was going to do the same, but the designer upsold me on going to 95 inches to add storage space, which I was happy to be able to have. Designs were emailed to us, $11,509.00 total price. We agreed, put 50% down, and set a install date, 03/09/22 - 03/10/22. Our move in date was 03/14/22, so this was perfect. Install took place on time. Unfortunately, the installer did not follow the directions and placed both closets at 90.5”, making my wife’s hang bars too high and mine too low; besides losing the extra storage space I paid extra for. Most of my hand bars would not even house my shirts without dragging them on the carpet. I contacted the company VIA email on 03/10/22 to let them know of the error once I was able to get to the house and inspect the work. The designer came out on 03/13/22 to inspect and measure, and confirmed to us that the installer had incorrectly installed both closet. She apologized multiple times and assured us that the manager would reach out on Monday, 03/14/22; then she would follow up after. NO CONTACT from CA closets on 03/14/22 or 03/15/22! PLUS, I received an invoice for the 50% balance due on 03/15/22 via email with no mention of the issues. I called the designer on 03/15/22 at the end of the day and asked why I was not contacted by management on 03/14/22. She could not answer me. I asked what the next step was. She could not answer me. So all is have are closets which I have now spent HOURS corrected myself to make them functional and a bill for the 50% balance due. STAY AWAY!!!!

    We were very impressed with Classy Closets. Our designer, Debbie Knutson was wonderful. She worked up a great design for us based on the dimensions we provided (with the stay at home order we couldn't go to the showroom). She asked questions about our likes, dislikes, clothing. shoes, etc. so that she could come up with a design that worked the best for us. She was patient with us and our many requests for design tweaks and responded quickly. We are very satisfied with the professionalism and assistance provided by Debbie. We had a great experience with Classy Closets
