- Clay County Master Plumbing LLCI had to get the permit before I could get a firm estimate. Egans Environmental did the site testing and applied for the permit. Darrell Cruz pumped the septic and dosing tanks and provided the page 4 report. Harold from Clay County Master Plumbing gave the estimate and did the work. Harold did a great job. He was delayed by rain and the sand company having an equipment problem. However he stay with the job and completed it in a reasonable amount of time. The Duval inspector came and checked everything out and passed the job. I did not have CCMP do the sod replacement because the weather was too cold and it would have died. I plan to get that done when the weather warms up some. The cost below covers Egans Environmental, Darrell Cruz and CCMP. I would highly recommend all three of these companies
- Clay County Master Plumbing LLCI've found a capable, honest and professional plumbing company in Clay County Master Plumbing. I called because I had a toilet not flushing in my hall bathroom, and I knew my septic tank was due for pumping out. CCMP's service team showed up on time and prepared to get the job done. The tank was pumped, and then the clog was located and cleared, using a "seesnake" camera inside the piping system. My home is almost 30 years old, and I was able to see on the digital screen that my pipes were very much in need of cleaning. The technician, Harold explained what he was doing step-by-step and allowed me to see on the video screen the "before and after" ---what a dramatic difference! He power-washed the pipes clean, and gave me the peace of mind that my plumbing received the proper treatment that would keep my system working effectively. I'm expecting a houseful of company in a couple of weeks, and thanks to CCMP I know I won't have to worry about any more unexpected surprises. Following the septic tank pump-out, the tank was sealed to prevent water intrusion; this sealing was never done before by previous companies, and the sod was replaced with care. This was quite different from the previous times I've had a pump-out by several other companies; my yard looked like a moon crater every time. But I've found a plumbing company who does the job the right way, and I'm going to recommend CCMP to friends and neighbors. By the way, I received the 15% discount on the labor because CCMP offers this discount to Angie's List customers. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, the price and most of all, the peace of mind that the job was done correctly and effectively. One worker actually did the entire job. He'd call and they'd come out with the trucks, to load up the trucks with the old dirt and other stuff and they would haul it off. All was done with professionalism and a very friendly disposition. I told him a past septic pump out man had said our inlet and outlet pipes might not be aligned correctly. Other companies want you to get the permits and only offer a 1 year warranty. Clay Master takes care of the permitting and provides a 10 year warranty. Harold exceeded expectations in every way. He was incredibly self-sufficient, went above and beyond what our highest expectations were and he completed the job on time. He even laid down grass seed to help the backyard get back to normal. We would definitely recommend CCMP and Harold to anyone needing any type of service

"I called Partridge after getting one estimate beforehand for a pump replacement. Their estimate was much better than the previous company and I knew their company name so I chose them. After agreeing to the stated price quote they gave me a time that they could do the installation. I was told that it would be around 2pm. The actual time arrived was almost 2 hours later. "Dave is absolutely fantastic! Our hot water heater began leaking a small amount of rust water; turns out it was 21 years old. Dave got us the hot water heater we wanted for a fair price. The initial install was going great until he unboxed the new hot water heater only to realize it was completely dented. He worked with us to figure out a solution. He installed the dented water heater, so we wouldn't be without water until the new one could be here (special order). He even offered to allow us to not pay until the second water heater was installed. He is absolutely an amazing contractor and I would recommend him to anyone.
