The move out-and-in to my home went extremely well! We were very happy with the overall professionalism from all of the team members. They took care of furniture and belongings as if they were their own. Very happy and would highly recommend Acapulco movers.

These guys did an awesome job! They worked hard and fast, but still took care of all of our things. They were polite and professional. And to top it off, they were very fairly priced. Would definitely use them again if needed in the future

Excellent Move - Very Fast and Professional. Ebrahim was so very knowledgeable about how to move this piano easily without causing damage. This piano new was in the ballpark of $80,000 so using a mover that was Insured was needed (Check!) and one they had done it many times over (Check!). This is not a small piano. At 7 Feet 6 inches long, 901 pounds and just about 5 Feet Wide, it's a freaking beast. Glad Dana sent me her own beast! Ebrahim is massive and makes this look easy!! They met me where I purchased the piano and within about 10 minutes had the piano prepped, padded, wrapped and the pedals and necessary items removed from the piano. They items were then placed in moving blankets as to protect them. After they got the piano on the dolly, they rolled it into the truck and spent some more time making sure it was secured safely as to not damage the piano on transit. Upon delivery, they took about 30 minutes with us patiently helping us decide where to place it, moving our furniture to see if it would fit this way, that way, etc... I am glad he just didn't drop and go. He told us some things about how the piano will sound and what room would carry the sound better. Wow - We are glad we put it in our main room with Vaulted Ceilings (wasn't originally going there) - It sounds amazing! Alvin and Ebrahim were so pleasant. Ebrahim (if you see his picture) is a past pro champion body builder. He took over 30 minutes working with my son (who is starting to body build) and helped him with poses. I used to lift, so what he was saying was right on target and wow - What a wealth of knowledge. All in all - Just a nice family-owned company who goes above and way beyond. I also learned they move Gun Saves and general moving. I am Planning on moving some family from California with them and learned they do cross country moves, so they will be helping us with that as well. My quote was for $475 and that is what I owed. I ended up tipping them to $150 extra as EVERY other piano mover was in the $650 range, and there is no way it another mover would have been this good. This is not my first piano, and I can tell you other movers just ask, "Where do you want this" and they drop it and are gone. If you want your exquisite investment protected - Hire them! I did with my Grand Piano investment and we are very glad we did! Thank you, Dana and Ebrahim for treating us like family

Chris the one in the Spring, TX was very polite over the phone. He answered all my questions and he knew how to move the grand piano, so I hired him. He called in the morning to estimate their arriving time and called again right before they left (the charge counts from the time they left). There were 4 people instead of 3 people came with no extra charge. Very professional and careful for all items they moved. In my personal opinion, it was a bit too expensive for just move a grand piano 10 feet away with 4 hours of charge (two trips and min. 2 hours per trip), but this is nothing to do with Square Cow Movers charge because I didn't shop around and no idea what is reasonable price. That is the reason I put N/A on price. But their service is good and professional, will highly recommend to others

The good ... right on time. Good communication. Took good care of the floors, doors, walls, etc. They broke NOTHING that they moved. Friendly staff and I never saw them take a break except for lunch. The not-so-good ... about 2pm the truck was "full", but the house wasn't empty. I'd specifically asked for someone to come out and look at the job. Was transferred to a manager who I walked through the house room by room over the phone and assured it was no problem to fit on one truck. It wasn't close. Whole garage full of stuff left over, plus some household items too and I'd already moved 150 boxes myself. So, I had to pay for a trailer and crew the next day before 10am when I had my closing. Too bad really. They are an A+ company. But, left me to scramble to finish the work I hired them to do. I noted this in my survey and requested the $300 back. No response

I was very nervous having my expense furniture moved after a bad experience with another company. Ebrahim was careful and an absolute master at wrapping everything. I will never hire anyone else!!!

The move of both pianos was completed in an efficient and professional manner. This company knows what it is doing! I'd definitely hire this company again.

We were moving a console piano from the ground floor of a patio home in Dallas to the ground floor of a home in Houston. I requested a quote by email on a Wednesday and received a response the same day from Gordon Bolton indicating a $30 cash discount. By phone I was able to confirm exact pick up and delivery dates with ease, as well as getting all my questions answered. The price was actually lowered when the exact distance was calculated and we got an additional $20 senior discount. The two men who picked up the piano were extremely careful and professional, giving me every confidence that all would go well. The same movers delivered the piano and placed it perfectly in its new (tighter) quarters. I could not be more pleased with the service
