Their team was very quick, professional and friendly. I couldn't be happier! My piano arrived without a scratch and on time. The gentleman even took the time to play a few chords and check the pedals to make sure that everything was working as it should after they set it up upon delivery. A big thank you to Pianos From Party Animals! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a piano moved.

Bil was very professional and very competent. He did what he said he would at the price he quoted and there were no unpleasant surprises. My piano which was moved from another city arrived in good shape and now sounds great too!

He was so good. Maneuvering them through the door frames, he never touched a door frame. It was amazing. The pianos were strapped tightly into the truck. He got it done so fast. I was blown away. And it was a great price. There were no problems whatsoever.

After leaving a message for "Houston's finest piano tuner" three times and never receiving a return call, I picked Bill Cusack by his location which is convenient to where I live. He returned my call promptly and scheduled tuning my piano in less than a week. He arrived on time and tuned the piano using both his ear and an oscilloscope. A thorough, competent, professional job.
