"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. I was absolutely happy with the service and would recommend JD Plumbing to anyone.

"I called first thing when they opened and was able to get an appointment time between 11 and 1 pm. They were delayed on a prior call and arrived at my home about 1:25 but had called to let me know they were going to be delayed. They were very polite and fixed the pipe quickly. Due to the water washing away the dirt around the pipe they were not able to put everything back as it should be but that was not their fault. I am happy with the work and will call them again if needed.

"Michael and his crew did a excellent job. I had two leaks in my dining room on Super Bowl Sunday no less.Michael came over probably 45 minutes later He assessed the situation, and began opening the ceiling, a few minutes later he found the source of the leaks. He talked to my wife, and I about re- piping the entire house, gave the full price up front, answered all the questions we had about the job, we signed the agreement, gave our down payment, he and his crew were at our house the next day with all of the supplies and tools ready to go, The job took 6 days, and in the middle of it all Mike brought to our attention that our water heater was failing. This is a water heater we purchased 4 years ago. After doing a little research on the water heater,Mike found that the unit only had a three year warranty, when it was supposed to be 6 years. Any way he ordered us a new unit, then voluntarily removed the old unit from our attic, set the new water heater up in our garage,and hauled off the old unit, he even got us a discount on the new water heater. Mike, and his team were awesome.They were courteous, professional, and quick. I will definitely hire Mike and team again for any future plumbing problems, although we won't need the for a long while. So call and ask for Michael, sorry i don't have his last name, but he works out of the Katy area. Thanks again to Mike, and his team for doing an awesome job.
