They designed a complete backyard for my home that was built a little over a year ago. In addition to the landscaping they extended my existing porch with pavers, built a fire pit with surrounding bench, and installed a custom water feature. They were able to figure out exactly what I wanted with just their initial consultation. I only made two minor changes to their original design. The plants gave me an array of leaf color and shape and were beyond my expectations. Their crew was punctual, efficient, and incredibly talented. It’s easy to see why Fresh Start has been in business for so long

- Stevens Landscape ServicesIt went extremely well. Ron was very easy to work with and did a great job. He kept us informed every step of the way. We were on a wait list but he kept us informed of where we were as time drew nearer. Our backyard is small (patio home lot) but now it is a joy to walk outside and see everything turn out so beautiful. We have always wanted landscape lighting, now it is truly wonderful to sit out in the evening with the lights on. The disappearing fountain is the most unique and beautiful thing in the yard, Ron made sure it was placed in an area where it would be visible from the living room and master bedroom. When installing the lights Ron made sure he accented the "water jar fountain" so it could be seen from the inside of the house at night. Ron worked from a plan that my husband drew which I thinked helped, that way there were no surprises. Ron's crew were very polite and efficient. The final result was so much better than we thought it would be. Thanks Ron - great job

Ron had the idea to cover an existing patio with the same flagstone and the result is our small yard looks so much bigger. We also had a fountain and outdoor lights installed which I love. They cleaned up our landscaping, trimmed the trees, put down mulch, put some plants in, replaced our gravel path and added drainage and installed an underground electric line. The other companies proposed putting the electric line above ground, which would not have looked good. We had 2 other estimates that were quite a bit higher. I thought they went above board in the quality of their flagstone work, and in the landscaping and cleanup

I have had quite a few great service providers from Angie's List over that last ten years that I would highly recommend but this experience has been the best! Ron came out and gave me an estimate to fill the pond and de-commission the waterfall. He suggested that I have all the yard maintenance done first. (They don't concentrate in lawn and garden maintenance business, more hardscaping, waterfalls, etc.) My attempts to find a good yard maintenance company via Angie's List usually met with no returned calls or e-mails by other providers. I told Ron which providers I had tried to contact and told him I would keep looking. The next day I got a call from him saying that they had a job cancellation and his crew could do it all. His crew was excellent! They answered all my questions, landscaped a wonderful large bed where the pond had been and even took it upon themselves to place a rather heavy memorial garden stone I had sitting in a chair because I hadn't decided where to put it yet.....I never even mentioned it. They even took it upon themselves to brace some trees, replace a broken piece on my sprinkler system and they even found a home for the beautiful water lilies that had been in the pond. I could go on and on about every thing they did including placement of extra flagstone and rocks I had. I was going to submit this report the other day but I'm glad I didn't.......yesterday there was a knock on the door and it was Alfie, who was in charge the two days the work was going on..........he just came to check on the work and make sure everything was okay, and then he even fixed another minor part of the sprinkler system he discovered needed repair when he ran the system to check it! I didn't even ask for that to be done! Ron and his entire crew definitely want happy clients! It's been a long time since I've done business with a company where there was such a high degree of work ethic
