  We had approximately 500 ft of Road regravel .... leveled and had potholes filled & drain dichies put in .... WoW !!!! What a Difference !!!!!! The price they charged us was even less than the quote .. will definitely use Apex again !!!!!!

  We had a very large backyard project that was designed by a local landscape architect. Ideal Landscaping was one of the companies we chose to have bid the job - they weren’t the cheapest bid, but they were the most professional from the way they (Aaron) presented the contract, followed up with any questions answered, and actively tried to get the job, all of which I very much appreciated due to my own busy life schedule. Once we awarded the project to Ideal, we had excellent customer service with all the different crews, the project manager (Daniel), the owner (Chris), and other key employees in the irrigation and softscape departments. Daniel was always available to answer questions via text or phone, was super easy to work with, and was ready with solution options to any problem that arose. Supply chain problems with hardscape materials and COVId related issues with some of their subcontractors was the only negative I could even say about this 3.5 month project, but none of that was the fault of Ideal Landscaping. I would recommend this company to anyone with any sized project - they are a rare gem of a company in the world of constructionshow more

  Scrubbed mold from wooden support members under concrete porch. More than willing to retouch areas that I felt needed fine tuning. Allowed to dry & double coated with antimicrobial sealer. Hand dug in different area down to French Drain in attempt to cap off & re-route. Owner of Falcone drilled several weep holes in concrete blocks that were allowing slight seepage into crawl. Water tested area of concrete patio & bricks that I had installed recently above seepage area in series to correct. Even though he brought his trenching equip for substantial dig that was quoted, Fred felt that I had solved the seepage problem & did not need the modification to french drain. Saved me a bunch of money by not doing this & by not fabricating additional expenses related to trailering equip to the site. Note: Most contractors would have proceeded with the dig needed or not, out of greed. I felt that Fred was very knowledgeable, competent, honest and that he & his crew were quite focused on making sure that I was a satisfied customer.   This company sent an estimator to evaluate my problem with water in my crawl space seeping in through the ground. The rep was on time and very professional and honest. He told me that my issue was due to poor grading on my property and gutter/downspout issues. He said that he could offer me his services, but my real problem was that water was not being moved or kept way from my foundation properly. He recommended that I get my gutters, downspouts, and underground plumbing from my downspouts inspected and repaired first. Anything he could offer to sell me would just be a band-aid to the real problem in my case. It was good to hear this honesty from a company. Fast forward a month, a few days ago, I went out with an umbrella during a downpour and noticed that all but one of my gutters was overflowing, and all but one of my downspouts were spilling water all over my foundation due to blocked or crushed underground drain plumbing. There was standing water on three sides of my house.....not good. It made me realize the guy from Falcone was 100% right and it prompted me to write this review. I now have companies that specialize in grading, and gutters/downspout drainage coming to fix the real problem. Thank you Falcone for being honest and not trying to sell me something I didn't need.....the mark of a great company. The rep did quote me a de-humidification system for my crawl space just in case I still have an issue in the future. I will definitely use them if I need itshow more

  We had a leak in our water main that started flooding our front yard. Service was fast. They came out to inspect the leak the next day and provided a very reasonable quote. They were able to schedule the repair within the week. The crew that came out was great. Matt and his team arrived early and they took pictures of the replacement process for us. They did a walkthrough to show all the work they did before they started clean up. They had everything done and cleaned up in just a few hours. Great company to work withshow more

  We knew this would be expensive, but have had a mold problem, and knew that our wet basement was the source. The B-Dry company was highly recommended to us by our mold-remediation guy, and also by our insurance agent. They really were excellent from start to finish. Our house was built in 1917, and the basement presented many challenges to the foreman. He was great!!! During the trench-digging, he noticed a portion of a brick wall was wobbling, in the area that goes under our front porch to the old "coal room." He called in their engineer and supervisor and they discussed the plan of supporting this area, and now it is more than sufficient! Also, we asked about some old support poles that were added to the house, we don't know when. He and his supervisor took well over an hour investigating those, looking at the whole house to see if we had other issues looming. Thankfully this house is settled and ok. The foreman did point out one other area of previous termite damage and dry-rot near the crawl space, and suggested that we have a carpenter replace these boards. I give them an A+ !!show more
