"When I hired Ivan, he explained to me that he was going to spray the weeds before he laid the tarp and when I got home, I noticed that the tarp had big sections missing like they were just kind of piecing it together and I was confused. I was like wait what are they doing And so I was like well if he sprayed that it should be OK and so here we are two months later and I?ve got grass growing everywhere in my rock and I paid a good amount of money to have this rock and I?ve got grass weeds sticking up everywhere and it?s so embarrassing. I?ve called Ivan five or six times. I?ve left him messages. I?ve text messaged him and he says oh I?m so busy. I?m so busy. I?ll get there tomorrow. I?ll do it later and he?s never showed back up so I cannot recommend Ivan as a good business man. Thank you for your time."
