"Filipe called first thing this morning asking if I would like a quote for junk removal, just minutes after putting in the request. He listened and asked me to send a picture of the items needing removal. He called me back and gave a quote which I accepted. He arranged to come out this afternoon, same day. He brought a few helpers and proceeded to quickly load it all up. He swept the area and left it as clean as possible! I saved his number because we have more to remove from the garage. Thank you Filipe!"

Small jobs welcome

"I hired valley Bin and junk removal to do a full garage clean out. I couldn?t do the work myself or afford high prices but with junk removal it was easy. Communication was easy and professional. I needed the work done within the week and they were able to come remove junk that next day. Very professional. Left the place way cleaner than when they got there. I was very satisfied with their help."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

Yes, many companies recycle concrete, metal, and other materials to minimize landfill waste.

Who is responsible for construction debris removal depends on the language in the construction contract. Usually, the contractor is responsible for removal rather than the homeowner. However, removal and disposal tend to come with additional fees that should be listed as line items in the initial estimate. This way, the homeowner can negotiate and decide whether or not to DIY.

Before a move, prioritize projects that involve repairing broken or old home features over ones with the highest ROI—because no amount of manufactured stone veneer will distract potential buyers from an interior that's falling apart. Only after you've tended to your home's biggest sore spots should you turn your attention to other potential renovations.

Since you’ll likely be sorting through and getting rid of unwanted items anyway, this may be the perfect time to also plan for a garage sale. This way, you can think through how you want to price your items and group them for sale as you’re purging them from your home. You may also save on having to hire a service to haul away your items, and you’ll make money selling your items instead! Worst case, you can always drop off whatever you don’t sell at your nearest consignment store or donate to a charitable organization.

Yes, many providers include recycling for eligible materials as part of their waste management services. It is recommended to confirm the specific services offered with your contractor.
