Numerous reschedulings electrical switch put in wrong sinks not tight and sealed grab bars uneven did not level one faucet halfway put in halfway all the parts laying there.

"Customer provided broken/old light switch for installation. Bought rebuild kits because they were “cheaper” even after they were told we do not install rebuild kits due to our company insurance policy. Performed shower bar installation and placed where customer requested and was told and showed would not be level due to location of bar. Performed sink repairs, after the sink repairs were complete and sealed customer had us uninstall sinks and had us clean surrounding area due to customer’s neglect to do prior to install. Scheduling conflicts were due to customer having surgery and medical appointments during opening in company schedule then demanded that we cancel on other customers to accommodate him. When technicians and owner showed up to the job to finish requested work customer started screaming and cursing at said individuals and demanded refund and work be completed for free."

We have used this service many times and every time has been absolutely great. If you need work done and want it done right these are the guys for you. Recently we had an emergency plumbing issue the night before Thanksgiving (crisis mode) our sink was broken and started to leak under the sink in the cabinets. Joseph came out and fixed the issue promptly and our turkey day was saved! Cannot thank them enough. We will definitely use them in the future.

When it comes to taking care of our home, I pretty much exclusively use these guys. Not only am I happy with the work done, but they are just some of the nicest and most accommodating handymen I’ve worked with. At this point, they are family. Definitely recommend.

They were through and completed everything in a timely fashion. They kept me informed on what they were doing and on what was needed to remodel my property. I highly recommend them. They could do everything that was needed. In fact I don't think there is anything that they can't do. They were a pleasure to work with.

Perfect experience. Very knowledgeable. Miscellaneous repairs were done first and I was very pleased. As a result, I had them design and build a beautiful pergola for my back patio. Highly recommended for both small and larger jobs.
