"Chris was very thorough and got the job done. He was very good about showing us what the issues were and what needed to be done. A hard worker. The reason I only gave him a 3 was that his communication skills were minimal. He would tell me when he was coming and actually show up hours later, not telling me that he would be late, leaving me hanging and unable to go anywhere. Also, he quoted me a price at the beginning, but kept on adding to it, seeming to pull the new price out of his head. The price ended up being double the original quote! Some of the additions I understood, but some seemed a bit extreme. He needs to spend a bit more time evaluating the situation before quoting a price."
