  Every thing went very well. Logistically it was effortless. I provided the landscape paper and planting soil - they did the rest. .In readying for the patio cement to be poured I insisted on having 6Mil poly sheeting under the cement because we have mostly dry sand. The cement would have dried to quickly as the sand sucked moisture from the new cement (thus weakening the patio). Daniel and the crew listened and flawlessly executed my request. No complaints. They hauled 3 tons of landscaping rock from the front drive to the back yard in addition to the cement from the truck for the patio pour. A very hard working, congenial, conversant crew. They were very efficient, they always communicated. They completely cleanedup as they left and gave us a wonderful job, just as he said they would do. Daniel has pictures of his work in a folio so that you may see his work example when he comes to give you a bid. Very professional presentation. We are putting up a wooden fence for more privacy and when we do we will hire Daniel Ramirez to do the jobshow more

  Daniel came as he said, they installed a new irrigation valve and trimmed our tall 35 foot palm tree. It's located in a hard to reach area and Daniel had no problems performing the task. They cleaned up and hauled away all the clipping. Very friendly and hard working people. Daniel took his time to talk to us, we explained what we wanted in our backyard, so we've hired them to do our backyard landscaping. They will be working this coming Saturday and we're excited to have Daniel's company do the work. We were very pleased with their work, it's hard to find honest people, he did not want to sell me more then we need. I highly recommend his company and will definitely call him back for landscaping jobs or maintenanceshow more

  They took several days to complete job and showed up on appointed day or time. if they were going to be delayed, they called and told us when to expect them and appeared as arranged. I did not mind the changes of time, as I knew they were located in Far East El Paso and did their work there for the most part. I was happy they took me as a customer, as they have much bigger jobs. I had tried calling other landscapers but they could not be bothered with me. These were companies that were listed on Angie's list just like the Ramirez Company but they were less than helpful. You can understand my happiness when the Ramirez family listened to my request and fit me in. The job was professional, and Mr. Ramirez supervised himself. I was so surprised that he asked me constantly if I was satisfied with each step he was taking. He responded well to all my suggestions. When the job was finished, Mr. Ramirez returned on several occasions to fix various problems I had with watering and to get the watering just right. What a pleasant surprise. I believe I could call him today, 2 months later and he would show up and help me with a smileshow more

  If you're looking for the best Landscape and Maintenance Company in El Paso, look no further. Daniel came out for the estimate all the way to the west side of town. He listened to exactly what I needed done and did a very thorough check of my sprinkler system in the back, which was in pretty bad shape. He also offered to remove some dead trees and bushes we had in the backyard and aerate the lawn to help get it growing again. He went through line by line on the estimate with me and I had a clear understanding of what serves he was going to provide. The crew showed up on time Saturday morning and immediately went to work. They worked all day in the heat, doing an outstanding job cleaning up the yard, taking out the dead trees and bushes and working on that pain in the butt sprinkler system. The area around the house looks great now, and the areas where they pulled out the trees you wouldn't have ever know that a tree was there. Overall my experience was very positive, Daniel and his team were friendly and professional. The kept going through the heat of the day and accomplished everything that he and I had discussed.   Ramirez Landscaping responded within 24 hours, and came out to do the estimate that very evening. The following day Daniel fixed the leak, replaced the sprinkler heads that were cracked, and had everything running perfectly. I couldn't ask for better service; I feel relieved now that our water isn't leaking all over and we can actually water the lawn! Daniel was very courteous and professional, and even gave us some ideas for other things we could do in the future. We probably spent as much on gas and purchasing parts trying to fix the problem ourselves as we paid Daniel to fix everything within a hour... Bottom line, I am very happy with the service provided, I only wish I had called soonershow more

  The office called, he showed up 20 minutes later (on time). He inspected the sprinkler system and suggested repairs. I already knew what was wrong but am unable to do the repairs myself due to arthritis. He was spot on and didn't try to sell me more than was necessary. He made the repairs and was on his way. He was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended. He will return to do some lawn aeration latershow more
