"Would give 6 stars if possible. The team at Operation Restoration went above and beyond to take care of our property during a crisis, and to guide us through what was an overwhelming situation. The team arrived onsite at 9am on New Years Eve after a call at 6pm the evening before. Every single detail was carefully taken care of, clearly communicated, recorded in email and we were given the opportunity to review every step of the cleanup and rebuild. Each team member we dealt with was a delight and went out of their way to take the time to answer our questions, respond to emails and stop by to make adjustments. Thoroughly recommend if you have an unexpected crisis!"

"Basement flooded. They were one of several companies we could call per insurance adjuster. Promptly returned call, came by same day and would have started job then. Showed up when said they would; worked fast and efficiently and were very courteous and answered our questions; Would use again."

"Phil and his crew were very professional and punctual. There work was amazing. They removed the Asbestos and then laid hardwood floor throughout my home. He always kept me updated with the project. I highly recommend their services. Thanks."

"We had significant flooding after the 3/20 storms in our finished basement. Phil and his crew were able to thoroughly clean and restore the basement to useable condition again. Always prompt, courteous, and professional. Hope I don't have to, but would definitely hire them again if we need them."

"The owner called me very quickly after I put in a request on Angi and emailed a detailed and very reasonable estimate that same evening. He texted me the next day to make sure I got the estimate and I was able to talk to him about the work that day. While I have decided to put off the work for a while, I would definitely consider using his company for the work as he has provided excellent customer service so far."

"We hired rising heights to complete a semi finished basement. They framed and placed dry wall, painted a ceiling, replaced a sliding door, repaired some exterior siding, and created new walls. There were some small minor electrical issues when working in the basement as well as an issue with a gas line. The owner mike was extremely responsive and immediately contact me when issues arose. When able to took care of the issues himself, however these two issues he recommended using a licenses electrician and plumber to handle. Because we were doing a much larger project for the whole house he had worked with these individuals. He was therefor able to work with them to ensure the safe completion of the project. Many companies we have worked with in the past try to cover up or fix themselves small mistakes that are made by employees. Rising heights is very honest and able to recommend the correct way to fix a problem. Rather than putting a band aid on an issue they work to ensure that something is fixed the right way."

"Adrian and his crew did a wonderful job on everything we hired them to help us with. They went above and beyond and always kept a clean work space. When they were finished at the end of the day, they would clean up and make the house usable for us. I really appreciated that about them. We have hired them for many things since, including the house cleaning services. Great company!"

"I am very pleased with the service I received. A pipe had burst while my family and I were out of town. I had been referred to Affordapro by a co worker that had a great experience. The crew arrived quickly and took care of my issue from top to bottom. Thank you Nick and the rest of the crew at Affordapro, my home is back to normal!"

"They came when they said they were going to come. We had to change part of the project, but it still cost us what they had quoted us. They were great at working around my scedule."
