"All went well, as I had anticipated based upon other reviews. During the initial start up, it was suggested that a few of the sprinkler heads be replaced. I was given the option to replace them before any changes were made. We did have to reschedule the locating of the valves due to an equipment issue. I was also provided with clues of how to locate and flag the leak so it could be repaired. The valves were later located and the leak repaired. Overall, we are satisfied with the work that was done. Mr. Brooks did not come across as arrogant, as others have stated. I found him to be a straight forward, no nonsense type of person.

"We had a few rough spots to start. First, they sent someone out to do a spring start up for my sprinklers but i was out of town. Second, they seemed to have a disconnect at the office on what i signed up with on angie's list and what they were to provide -- their technician thought it was for a sprinkler start up. I also think their window of technician showing up in a 5 hour bracket is way too excessive. However, when John and Joe arrived, they clearly knew their stuff and worked quickly and diligently to not only inspect my existing system but to replace 4 heads. If i was rating them on their back office and scheduling, i would only give them a C but because of John and Joe's expertise, i will give them an A.
