Although, we couldn't cut the grass ahead of time because the utility companies came too early to mark the lines, He didn't he complain about it at all. He and his assistant showed good manners at all times.They didn't leave any trash behind, except a tool. Luckily my husband found it before mowing the law. My husband had to replace one of the heads but not sure why. The handwritten paperwork was too simple, it only showed codes and prices. My husband didn't ask him to specify what they meant. I feel that since it was our first experience we made some mistakes, we should get more (free) estimates as well as warranty information, and request a detailed invoice.
