I am thankful that he wears many hats and has been able to help me on each occasions --garage door, dishwasher, screen door repair and as mentioned, even in my time of panic, when I lost my diamond down the drain. I trust him in my home, and he gets the job done as stated. He has ALWAYS come through for me. He is professional and respectful. He takes the time to listen and understand what I need and has made great suggestions on things I would not have even considered.   I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him againshow more

  Bob O'Sullivan (owner) put a skylight in for the same roof back in 2004. He is easy to deal with, and honest. My wife and I wish he let us know about the worst case scenario. If in fact some or all of the roof board were rotted. But Bob said only a few cases a year have rot and require plywood. The added cost from our original quote was $1,885. So not all that bad considering. Bob's team showed up when they said they would and descended on our home like an army. And worked for 2.5 days until all was done. Bob popped in and out as he manages his two teams. Near the end I had a list of outstanding items and Bob made sure they were done to our satisfaction right up to the cleaning. His carpenter team installed the three skylights of which he ordered for me and I paid that invoice so he didn't charge me a markup. As I mentioned above, the Velux skylights were installed right up to the screens and blinds. The inside of the 3 skylights (plus a 4th) were all finished in pine and came out fantastic. Changes the feel and beauty of the space. I'd hire Bob and Ranch Renovations again for a roof and skylights without hesitationshow more

  It went well. They were on time and pleasant to work with. One problem occurred when they discovered that the doors didn't quite fit the space and were forced to expand the area and then put new framing in place. It also took them far longer than expected to remove the old screen frames from the balcony rail area but they did manage it and removed all the broken pieces carefully. However, after all was said and done it looks great, the doors work well and are extremely airtight, good at keeping out draftsshow more

  I've had Ed & his crew @ EB Window install windows at my home before and new the quality of work his guys did so I had no hesitations about them replacing the vinyl siding & gutters. I did get another quote which was 25% more than EB Window because it is always advised with a job that size. I am so incredibly happy with the quality of siding used, the quality of work, especially the attention to detail around the windows & doors. I was highly impressed with their honesty by replacing some of rotted wood found behind the old siding and not re-siding over it. After the job was done, they totally cleaned up my yard of all debris & any unused materials.   I called and set up an appointment. Office staff was very friendly and effecient. On 11/21/13, Eddie came to do the estimate as promised, and seemed very knowledgeable. We had some trouble around the estimate, which probably got lost in the mail. Eddie and his office were extremely responsive and professional on realizing I had never received the estimate. They worked hard to make everything right. I was so impressed with their response that I hired them. They ordered the windows which arrived on time.   We had an excellent experience with E.B. We had met with another siding company and their quote was almost double what E.B quoted us. The cost didn't change when they uncovered rotted wood or for any other extras that other contractors would have charged us for. Both the door/window installers and the siding guys showed up on time every day. I was impressed that the siding installers worked 8-10 hours each day.
