E B Window And Siding Co collin owner
About us
My name is Colin Bray. I am the proud owner of E.B. Window and Siding. We are a family owned business since 1981! We install premium grades of vinyl siding (including vinyl shingles) with a focus on upgrading the energy efficiency of your home with the latest low profile exterior insulations and vapor barrier products. The days of styrofoam, Tyvek and plastic houses are over! Give us a call and a contractor (NOT a salesman!) will come out to meet you and give you a quick and painless assessment with zero pressure. Our 'after' pictures speak for themselves, and our in-house installers have been with us for years. Looking forward to hearing from you, Colin & the EB family

"Ok, I’m going to share one of our business secrets here on Angi, and I’m convinced it can help you: I was speaking to a fellow business owner Friday, a wedding planner, and we were discussing the fact that we both dealt with a small percentage of volatile or dishonest customers, and how we deal with that in our lives. She was frustrated with a “Bridezilla” who was threatening to write fake reviews online about her business. I told her my guaranteed trick I use to cancel out any negativity coming from dishonest or aggressive people: Commit a random act of kindness. Here’s how it worked for us today in the office: Obviously this ‘review’ doesn’t reflect our company, or what happened in any way, despite the fact we completely rescued an expensive oceanfront property from decades of neglect. So what do we do? Rather than dwell on one strange outlier, we followed our standard procedure: Today we all went on Childrens Hospital (http://giving.childrenshospital.org/) and sent Valentines to the kids there. We also donated the balance of the money [Member Name Removed] refused to pay us to the hospital. I hope if you're reading this, the next time you’re having a bad day, you try this trick. Help someone, tell someone they look nice, teach someone something…and suddenly you'll realize that the small percentage of bad people in the world don't have any power if you don't give it to them! I look forward to hearing from some of you about the valentines you sent, in fact anyone who mentions a Childrens Hopital valentine, or any random act of kindness can surprise me AFTER I give them a quote, and take a full 5% of the price of the job, alternatively, we'll donate the 5% to Childrens Hospital in your name if that’s what you decide! So here’s my advice, as someone who deals with the public every day: Next time you feel angry or hurt, do something good and see just how powerful it makes you feel! We're all beaming over here from sending our valentines and feeling proud of who we are, and proud of our work. Colin & The entire EB family"
"Hi [Member Name Removed], Sorry about the lock. I can understand Colin missing it as a key lock on a patio door is not an option many of our customers purchase. We had a meeting and came up with a list of things we will go over in the future, including asking if the patio door is ever used as an entrance. Thank you for your input, it will help make us a better company. Ed Byrne Owner"
