"Very pleased. I requested service through Angie's List on a Friday night from a number of companies. Affordable Appliance called me on Saturday and scheduled a technician for Monday. They came on Monday and diagnosed the issue quickly. Unfortunately the needed part is discontinued. I really appreciated that the technician seemed bummed that he couldn't fix it for us.show more

"The dryer stopped working this morning.&nbsp; I called Poirier to make an appointment but at first I was told that the next available would be in four days.&nbsp; I made that appointment, but I also explained my difficult situation.&nbsp; Although I could hang clothes all over the house, my son with Obsessive compulsive disorder and other special needs would not like that.&nbsp; he would keep repeating, &quot;Dryer, dryer, dryer&quot; many times an hour until the dryer would be fixed.&nbsp; Just&nbsp; half an hour later, I received a call, that they had a cancellation and that the repairman could come in the afternoon if that would be fine with me.&nbsp; And so he did!&nbsp; He installed the new belt and the dryer has been working ever since.&nbsp; Moreover, I was told up in front, during the first call, how much the service would cost. And that plus the cost of the new part was what I paid.&nbsp; Very reasonable.&nbsp; And such a relief. <br />show more

"They were 30 miles away. My relatives, several of them have used this company. It was successful and I'm happy with the positive results. The price was a little bit high. It required a multiple installers, there was an electrician that came, an installer, and someone who did the refrigeration portion so there was 3 separate sub contractors that came from Bellingham Electric. It was rather seamless, it went from one to another they came one day after the other. I would definitely rate them very highly.show more

"On 7/14/20, Scott &amp; Mike came to my house to repair a rumbling noise in my DCS oven. Scott determined the rumbling noise was caused by a faulty ignitor. They replaced the ignitor and explained in detail how the oven operates.. They both were very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. When I used the oven that night to cook dinner I could not believe how quite it was! I actually had to open the oven door to see if it was on. I would highly recommend them, whereas the provided A+ service, and had a very fair price. I will definitely use them in the future, for any of my appliances, if need be. They were great!show more
