Hi. I'm Gabe Berardi. Since 1998, Berardi Irrigation has been installing and servicing irrigation systems for commercial, residential, and golf course applications. Installation is a major part of our business but it’s not everything. Berardi Irrigation has a strong focus on personal service, water consumption, reliability, and superior design. After the appointment for a free estimate has been set, Gabe will personally walk your property, designing a system which will best fit your yard’s needs. Gabe will also describe how he arrived at the personal quote which is delivered on site. He will also be happy to explain exactly what you are getting and address any questions or concerns you may have. Gabe may even suggest the “separate meter option” which is allowed in some towns and can save you money on water in the long run.

"Being in business for 21 years and having almost 3,000 customers this is what us business owners run into in this day and age. A person that posted this bad review on every possible place he could. The time he spent posting is ridiculous I wonder if his employer knows what he spends his days doing?? He couldn't even take the time to look for basic grammar mistakes. Yes we absolutely did give him a date a month out because we are short staffed and will not just put any person in the field. Talking to other labor related business owners, this is par for 2021. Hopefully it gets better soon. Also, YES my tech missed him(We did show up however and there was a time frame mix up which we did apologize for) and did not fix everything he wanted. With that being said, the work order he explained to us did not include other things he later wanted. Why he was not truthful on what was broken is a mystery. I then said I would run out the next day to fix the issue but there were more problems than he originally stated and I don't have all the parts on my truck that the techs do. One never knows what they will run into at an irrigation turn on, especially when the customer also does not know or does not tell us. I tried to call him that day 3 times to figure out a plan for an after hours visit because he could not wait till we were in the area again which I understand. Biggest problem is that he does not answer his phone, EVER, screens all his calls and to boot, doesn't have a voicemail that is set up. In fact my office told me that to contact him they would call him with no answer and no vmail. Then about an hour or two later he would call back and say "did you call me"? How are we to communicate in this manner? Later that night he begins to blast me on every website he can. Hopefully a reasonable person will read this and understand that although we did have a timing mix up, we did try. Look at my over 180 reviews and you will see that this is not our pattern."
