Would highly recommend. They were prompt and very detail oriented with their cleaning. I had a lot of work that needed to be done, but they were diligent and took care of most of my requests.

After frantically calling many vendors, Cleanstars USA was the only vendor that was able to do a same-day cleaning to our house that was due to be listed the next day. I told them priority was bathroom and kitchen areas and they did such a thorough cleaning, leaving the house spotless! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Arrived on time and brought all needed supplies. After walking house they started work. The sister team knew what needed to be done They did what was requested and did a great job. Will use this service again and would recommend this group again.

I cant rave enough about this company. They bailed me out big time. The day i called i had my house cleaned by a different company, and they did a horrible job. I called Cleanstars panicked because the house was supposed to go up for sale 2 days later. The gentleman who answered the phone was so kind and even apologize that the other company didn't do a good job. He sent his crew out the very next morning to finish the job the other didn't. they did a beautiful job and i was able to pu tmy condo on the market in time. Just a great, quality company you don't find much these days...

They were timely and did a good job. They were very quick so, maybe one or two things could've used a little more time, but, I did just order a general cleaning. And again, they were very timely and friendly and would've done anything else I asked (within reason).

Team of two arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the a 4-level town home except for a couple of things. I would note that the did not do a good job cleaning inside the oven and the doors of the kitchen cabinets. They missed a window sills above the front door (which is full of debris). Communication was very prompt and able to accommodate with scheduling on short notice. The 'Would you hire again?" question - the answer is Maybe - not a definitely Yes but the 'Maybe' option wasn't available.

I had a four-hour deal. It took the team 2hrs & 40 mins. to clean the basement. No towels or wash cloths were put up in the bathroom although they were given upfront and asked to be put up. They had only one hour and 20 minutes remaining to do my upstairs. They only had time to vacuum, mop the kitchen, & clean the kitchen counters. The work not done was the dusting, the beds, and the bathroom. The amount of work left not completed is unacceptable to me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They did a terrible job. It was haphazard and completely inadequate, especially considering that the house was completely empty and I'd paid for 4hrs of cleaning. What little they did clean was probably accomplished in about a half hour. The service stated that it included cleaning light fixtures and appliances, and because those were all brand new in the house they didn't have to spend time on those so there's even less excuse for everything else they ignored. Basically they needed to ensure the floors and other horizontal surfaces were vacuumed/dusted, and then wipe down any other observably dusty/dirty spots. That didn't happen. It was a complete waste of my money, and it negatively affected my schedule as well since I had to basically treat the house as though it hadn't been cleaned and do it again anyway.
