Texas Best is most often a ONE person handyman service although sometime 2-3 depending on project. We give FREE estimates!! I will come to your home or place of project and give you a writen bid if you decide to work with our company. Depending on project a security deposit is do which is half of the bid which is used for material and labor. All bids include material unless specified otherwise.
