The crew arrived on time took great care to protect our flooring and furniture and were very polite and professional. They did an excellent job and transformed our dining room and master bedroom. Shane checked in during the day to make sure all was going well And the crew finished the job on time. We have hired Southern Painting in the past for exterior house painting and they have always done excellent work. Shane and Rob are both very professional and a joy to work with. Several neighbors have also hired them multiple times and we always recommend them to new neighbors and friends.

Everything went very well. Starting from getting a quote, meeting the contact person, getting samples of color palette, the actual painting job, cleaning of my premises after the job, and submitting post-job survey, everything was very professional and they did an excellent painting job for the exterior of my home.
I found them little bit pricy as compared to other quotes, but looking to the job they have done, I may hire them again in the future.

It went well.  Phil came out for an estimate and arrived on time.  Once the work started, the painters showed up on time and worked the entire day.  At the end of the day they cleaned up nicely and put all their tools in one place in a neat and orderly fashion.  As I occassionaly checked to see how the work was going, the painters were fine with me watching and the texture guy was really proud of the work he did. 
The results were spectacular and exceeded my expectations.  Having those ceiling removed made our house look 15 years newer.
One thing that really struck me about these guys is the fact they treated our house with respect.  95% of the work was done while we were not home.  Each day when I arrived to the house, the doors and windows were locked and again they tools and supplies were nicely stored for the next days start.  I was pleasantly surprised with their professionalism.
When the job was complete, Phil and I did a final walkthrough to addess any outstanding issues.  There weren't any.  Only after that walkthrough was payment collected.

I really enjoyed my experience working with Southern Painting North Austin.  They provided me with the lowest estimate of the three companies I looked at, and they were the only ones who offered to match the ceiling texture with the wall texture.  Phil, our project manager, was very nice and easy to get a hold of.  He answered all of my questions and was very helpful with suggestions for paint colors.  He was also flexible with the schedule when we decided at the last minute to change the lighting in the kitchen, which delayed their ceiling work in that room.  I understand our project was a little more complicated than normal due to staining on the sheet rock and some humidity issues during the painting process, so it took a day and a half longer than scheduled.   But it was worth it because the results were excellent.  I was very impressed with their work, particularly the drywall and texturing.  At the end of project walk-through, I noticed a few spots where the ceiling paint had dripped a bit on the wall and they came out and fixed it on the same day.  Even better, they guarantee their work for three years and told me if I saw any more spots, they'd be happy to come and touch-up.  The only criticism I can possibly think of is that the crew was an hour late the first day of the project due to a miscommunication, for which Phil apologized for.  Overall I am very pleased with the quality of their work and it was a pleasure working with them.  Our house looks updated and fresh and I have received compliments from friends and family who saw the house before and after the popcorn removal.  I highly recommend Southern Painting North Austin!

They did pretty good. My wife was very happy so I was too. They did what they said they would do. We checked several people and their pricing was good. They came and did it on time. I couldn't say anything bad about them. They did a good job.

They were prompt and responsive throughout the entire process.  We discussed paint colors and brands that were the best fit for out house. They showed an incredible knowledge of the paint brands and what be best for us (we have a particularly dark house so fading is an issue).  They painted on time and followed all requests. There was a small issue with the door paint which they came out and redid.

It went wonderfully. He did an amazing job. He had an eye for detail when it came to his work. He provided all the answers to all the questions we had. He was efficient with his time but did not rush through anything. I have received many compliments on the work he has done.

The estimate came on time and was accurate about the price. the painting team also came on time and finished as scheduled. The lead of the team was responsible to order the painting and watcched the work closely. They are really seriouse about their work. We are happy about their work.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Price was competitive. Quality as top notch.  Able to schedule the job quickly and get it done in the allotted frame.  We had one small thing we wanted them to change and they corrected it quickly.

Jeff, Phil and the crew were very helpful, courteous and professional throughout this whole process.  My original estimate was to paint the interior of the whole house, except one room.  Jeff took my color choices and changes in stride, understood what I wanted, and explained the differences in the brands as well as the sheens available.  I received the original quote within 24 hours and it was to my exact specifications.  After obtaining other quotes and some delays on my part, I contacted Jeff and he picked up where we left off.  He was very accomodating in changing the quote 3 times until I decided upon the colors and the exact rooms. I believe the pricing was fair based on the magnitude of the job.  I met Phil and the crew when they started the work.  I was impressed with how thorough they were, from moving my furniture, taping and covering the surfaces that weren't to be painted, to fixing the nail pops and foundation cracks, all before beginning to paint.  They had no trouble matching my color choices and finished the 5 rooms that in a 2- story house in 1 day (the original estimate was for 2 days!).

They are good. They are reliable. It’s a very good company. They started on time and finished on time. They were high on price but I don’t mind paying for something like that. The quality was good. I would use them in the future.

From bid to completion, Southern Painting was an absolute pleasure to work with. Phil, Jeff, and the rest of the Southern Painting team were prompt and professional. Prices were exceptionally reasonable. The paint crew was clean, friendly, and FAST. Their workmanship was flawless, and they took great care to check in with us to ensure they were meeting our expectations.   

I am exceptionally hard to please when it comes to painting contractors. SOUTHERN PAINTING exceeded my expectations in every regard and has earned a customer for life.
