  I wanted to take the time to come on and write a 5- star review because I had a really great experience with Allied Fence, in particular Larry! I had a unique job, and was looking for a fence that was aesthetically pleasing and also secure from coyotes because we have an issue with them on our property, and I wanted to protect my small dogs. I didn’t even know where to begin. I had another company out first to quote us the job, and they were useless in advising me on those things. I wasn’t sure what type of fence would be right. Working with Larry with Allied, on the contrary, was amazing. He is a passionate worker and truly wanted to help me get the best fence for the purpose and also look nice. He advised me toward a regular 6’ cedar fence with coyote rollers along the top, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! There were some bumps along the way, later on, because the fence dried over the following months and the coyote rollers needed maintenance and some bolts needed to be tightened. Some brackets also needed to be replaced with longer ones to make the rollers fully functional after the fence had dried and moved. That being said, I called Larry and Allied sent a crew out THREE more times to fix every little thing, and now it’s perfect! No extra charge for the added labor.   The two brothers came the first week, measured the floor and discussed the wood choices. The next week, the wood was delivered exactly when specified. The following week two men came and installed the wood floors. It took about 13 hours, but the guys worked hard and did a good job. Another guy stopped by and installed iron balusters in my banister. The combined look really is nice. I will schedule this company to install carpeting in a couple of monthsshow more

  This was a long process as you can imagine with us currently living in the house. Bruno was very helpful in helping us make our selection of flooring and patient as we procrastinated and vacillated a couple of times. He provided a very detailed quote and work began after the holidays. Work was scheduled over 4 weeks. Bruno was helpful in rescheduling around our need to get an engineers assessment of some settlement cracks. His wood crews were very punctual, and boy did they work hard and fast. We added a redo of the stairs complete with new treads and iron balusters. This too was done very quickly. The stairs along with the wood floors are beautiful. We were a little less satisfied with the tile work, but this was a small part of the job. It took twice as long as scheduled. Some of it was because of the sub freezing weather, but he also didn't work a full day. He asked us some questions about our preference for a brick(1/2 offset) pattern or a 1/3 offset. Not knowing, we picked brick. It came out fine, but we ultimately found out that for our tile size, 1/3 offset is recommended to avoid something called lippage. So educate yourself or read the instructions in the box. As I said the wood floor installation went great and they look great. My wife loves the variation in the wood we chose. I am less of a fan of the variation of the color, but it is growing on me. Bruno was very upfront about the variation. I am only mentioning this to help you be aware that the small wood samples don't address variation, so be sure to ask and if you are a person like me that likes more uniformity, go with something with less variation. So my final thoughts are that I can recommend Bertolli floors without hesitation. Good luck with your installation. So glad ours is doneshow more

  Excellent work! This is the 3rd time I have used Jason/All About Painting for exterior painting. 2 for my home(2012,2020);`1 for a friend I was caring for(2007). The crew headed by Ronald were efficient & thorough. Street curb, driveway(150'), carport, sidewalk, pole shed, deck, soffits, shutters and windows pressure washed. Storm windows taken down, carport walls brush washed so water wouldn't get on recently repaired/painted carport ceiling. Gutters (150 ft), downspouts (6)& eaves hand washed with 409. Eaves, soffits, wood sash windows (27), carport walls, front porch wall, doors(6), wrought iron supports & small section of foundation brick all hand painted. Deck (42x12) with 3 stairs cases painted with solid stain, poles and landscape timbers underneath, shed poles & trim painted. Exterior of sash windows & both sides all storm windows hand washed. Recently had interior painted but used a friend of a neighbor...big mistake. Should have used Jason/All About paintingshow more

  Corey and his team were amazing from start to finish. Corey truly means and lives by what he sells you in his consultations. Will, who sanded and stained our handrails, was here for a few days and each day locked the house and called us so we could set the alarm as he was leaving. Corey's first concern was for our 3 year old daughter's safety and he made sure replacing the spindles was done quickly. I have worked with a lot of contractors and Corey has the absolute best customer service my husband and I have seen in a long time.   ke sure that I was I would recommend anyone that needs wrought iron rails installed and have there hand rails sanded to Mr. Hardwood Inc..They did such a great job. I can't believe how beautiful everything turned out. They are very professional, from the free consultation to the work that had to be done. Everything went Great, David was on time, We went through everything that I needed done. What I had done to my home was sanding on my handrails and then had them stained a beautiful cherry. Also I wanted my old wood balusters removed and new wrought iron balusters installed. David and I did a walk through of everything that had to be done, I had drawn a picture of the pattern of the wrought iron that I wanted installed. David did a great job, he hand sanded all of the rails, what a teadious job, I would not have the patience to do such a thing...After all of the work was completed David went over the project with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the work, and boy was I satisfied, When my girlfriend came home that night she was speechless.   We competitively bid hardwood flooring, carpet installation and a stairway remodel (staining treads and hand railings to match flooring, replacing a newel post, and switching from wooden to wrought iron spindles) amongst five highly rated vendors, and Mr. Hardwood won hands down. We were a little concerned about having all three projects done by a hardwood flooring company (maybe we should go with three separate companies, based on specialty?), but it quickly became apparent that these guys aren’t just hardwood flooring experts, but also expert carpet installers, plus they know how to make a stair remodel happen. Our project was time-sensitive, but Mr. Hardwood figured out a way to get it all done on time and with perfect execution. The results are spectacular: the craftsmanship applied to the wood flooring install is pure perfection; likewise for the carpet installation (we had some very tough room size and geometry issues, yet Mr. Hardwood came through with flying colors on every single issue) as well as for the stair remodel (excellent woodworking and perfect stain matching). Simply put, we just love, love the results! Every bit of our floors, our carpet and our stairs are beautiful and perfect, and we have Mr. Hardwood to thank for everything. The icing on the cake?
