    It went very well, she came in w/her assistant both very professional & in great spirits, we did a walk thru of all the areas, she gave me a very fair price & explained everything in detail which I appreciated. She's very knowledgeable about different fabrics (I hve oriental rugs). As we were preparing for a family wedding friends & fam thought my 20 yr old carpet was brand new. Got Carpets did an amazing job on everything & gained a new customer as long as they are around

    Sharian did an outstanding job. The rug has not been professionally cleaned in more years than I can remember as I could not find a company to clean and protect a wool rug. I saw on the website that Sharian had an expert in Wool rug cleaning so I called the Alpharetta location. They could not have been more helpful! It was not a huge rug so I dropped it off. The entire transaction occurred with very stringent Covid-19 precautions on the part of the staff. They assessed the rug and quickly called me back to tell me what was recommended . The entire process was completed within two weeks! I unrolled the rug today and can honestly say that it looks the best that it had looked since it was purchased ~ 20 years ago! I would recommend Sharian without hesitation and I plan to take in several silk rugs to them in the future for their care. Prices were very reasonable for the work that was done

    The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We had carpets cleaned before we moved our things into our new home. The previous owners had small dogs and we think were smokers. Zerorez did a fabulous job in cleaning the carpets (all stains were GONE) and improving the air quality. It was nice not to have any chemical smells when they were done. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others

    YOUR WEBSITE JUST DELETED MY TEXT ENTRY. Try #2: Zerorez got out virtually every stain 100% or nearly so. These carpets and rugs had never been cleaned in 9 years beyond vacuuming. Some of the stains were quite bad. No pet stains. Plenty of spills. Even got out the rust stains in the workout room from the iron dumbbells. They finished in about 30 minutes less than estimated. I had area rugs taken back to their facility by the contractor because they can clean them better there. I picked them right after the holidays. Their facility is very close to me

    In preparation for the Thanksgiving holiday, I wanted my family room furniture professionally cleaned. In addition, I had always wanted to hire Zerorez because of its non-toxic applications and cleaning solutions and--quite honestly--because Zerorez used to advertise heavily on my favorite (and now-defunct) Atlanta radio station, 92.9 Dave FM. Zerorez gave me about a 30-minute heads-up phone call before the cleaning techs arrived. When Thomas and Jarvis, arrived right on time, they were super nice, well-dressed, young men. They looked at the furniture to be cleaned first, and then they set up their equipment using our outdoor spigot for water and their van for power and cleaning solution. It probably took about an hour to clean the upholstery, and Jarvis worked straight through while Thomas supervised and monitored their cleaning equipment. The furniture looked and smelled cleaner, and I should add that Jarvis worked extra hard to remove a particularly stubborn stain left by a rotten banana--yes, you read that right--which one of my sneaky children hid behind a sofa cushion. (This is why #1, children are gross; #2, children will stop at nothing to avoid eating fruits and veggies; and #3, why our family cannot have nice things. But I digress.) When Jarvis and Thomas were done, they asked me to inspect their work. I did and was suitably impressed. I was really happy with Zerorez's technique and work. The furniture really did look better, and there really wasn't a lingering chemically odor left behind. Regarding the bill, they guys honored my 25% discount coupon from Angie's List (way cool!), and the e-invoice was in my email inbox before they pulled out of my driveway. Wow
