It was a small rug. The work takes about 5 business days and they completed the work on time. The workers were nice. The price seemed reasonable to me. They got the work done in the time frame they said it would get done.

What a great company. My rugs now look beautiful...and even though they are fairly old oriental rugs they came back in perfect condition. They came to my house, moved the furniture, and afterwards came back and replaced them perfectly under the furniture. Very pleasant and professional. Owner Stoney Green even threw in a couple of moth traps so I could check if I had any moths!

Stoney was awesome. He arrived when promised to pick up the rug and brought it back within a reasonable time frame. He and his assistant were polite and thorough. All noticeable stains were removed. We are very happy with the results.

I have used S&S to clean my rugs for several years.  Last week, I left a painting class and didn't realize that I had dark green oil paint on the bottom of my shoe.  I accidentally tracked the paint all over three of my rugs, including a very expensive 9x12 oriental rug that I bought about 6 months ago.  I was in a panic and called Stoney at S&S.  One of his guys happened to be in my area, and he came right over and took all three rugs immediately back to their shop so that they could get to work on them.  I am an oil painter, so I know by experience how hard it is to get oil paint out of anything.  I was really concerned.  Well, they got the paint out of all three rugs, and they are delivering them this afternoon.  I can't say enough about this company!  They are always friendly and professional.  My rugs always come back looking new.  They are fantastic!!!

I have used Steve and Stoney for my silk and oriental rug cleaning for over 8 years.  They are highly responsive and truly client service oriented.  They are experts in their field and have restored several of my rugs to "like new" condition, which is a feat given that I have multiple dogs.  S&S will arrange pick up and delivery, which makes the entire process incredibly easy.  I find that their prices are very reasonable for the services performed.  They have earned my trust with years of consistent and quality service and, as such, I highly recommend S&S.

They did an excellent job. They picked up the rugs and took them back to the shop where they cleaned them by hand, and they returned them once they had finished. Their washing process is different from sharian and is explained on their website.

They had a great system. They use high pressured air first to blow out the dirt, and then carpet submersion.

Steve gave me an estimate over the phone then they confirmed when the rugs were picked up. He also asked if I had the newspaper coupon which I did. They made an appointment and arrived on time as well as called me to say they were on their way. They have a very nice pamphlet which demonstrates their cleaning process and services offered. The rugs were ready in 2 weeks as promised. They actually were nice enough to hold the rugs until my interior painting was done. Then we made an appointment to deliver and they arrived on time.

The service technicians are very professional and do a fantastic job. It is by far the best value for the money. I called on a Friday and they came out for a free estimate the following Tuesday. They were on-time. It did not take them long to finish the job.
