They were on time and extremely professional. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my carpet were clean for my daughter surprise welcome home party. Needed my carpet cleaned immediately to prepare for guest. Clearwater was able to come out the very next day and also assisted me with moving small things out of the way. Communication was wonderful and they were very straightforward and transparent with their prices.

From the moment I scheduled the appointment to the final results, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The team arrived right on time, was incredibly friendly and respectful of my home, and explained the entire process clearly before getting started. They tackled some seriously stubborn stains, including pet stains, that I thought were permanent ? and now my carpets look brand new! I also had two rugs in high traffic areas in my home that look new. The whole house smells fresh, and the drying time was much quicker than I expected.
