It has been 3 months almost 4 months that they have not responded to any of my contacts."

They will not honor the warranty on my fairly new roof. My roof has had 3 leaks within a year of installation. It's been well over a year and sill nothing on the interior repairs. Exterior were temporary fixes... I have quotes for everything to be fixed and its around 2k. I hear they will bribe new clients with alcohol just to get people. Don't let these guys full you. My old roof was over 20 years old and we had 0 leaks. The owner was not nice on the phone and said I owed them money. I paid in full and have the receipts to show that. I was disrespected and he threatened to hang up on me when I showed my emotions. I hope no one else is scammed by this company."
