"I called to request a quote for repair and spoke with the owner, Clancy Malone. As I described the problem, he recommended that I could fix it myself and save some money. He gave me detailed instructions over the phone as well as a small checklist of things to look for. In all, he probably invested 15 minutes on the phone with what would be a non-paying job. It is rare to find a contractor who wanted to help more than he wanted to make a buck. He returned my initial email within an hour and returned my phone call the same day. Friendly, informative and an all around great professional. When we need any roofing work done, he will be the only call I make!"

"These guys were extremely professional. They came out when they promised, provided a quote within 24 hours, did the work within a week and that was that. They sent pictures of the repair work and all looks very good. Obviously I won't know how they did until the next big storm - but it looks good and I was treated really well and the pricing seemed fair and reasonable"

"I called to see if someone could help me find the source of water coming in on my second floor. I am suspicious it is a stucco issue. Jason, the owner of the company, called me back very promptly, but did tell me due to high demand he was not able to help me at that time. I ended up talking with him for probably 20 minutes talking through possibilities and recommendations on what to do. He has been in business for a long time, has a vast knowledge of all aspects of homes, and home repair. I can say one thing, he definitely knows what he's doing, and gave me a lot of advice that will help me make sure I get my water problem fixed, and fixed correctly without shortcuts. This will be the first place I call anytime I need work done in the future. From windows, to roofs, to just about anything. I really appreciated his patience and answering all my questions."

"I called a number of roofing companies to get an estimate on either a roof repair or new roof (after a mishap on my garage). Chris Hawk with Everlasting Roofing was the only company to give me an honest answer. We ended up deciding on a new roof and Everlasting Roof gave the best price for the materials. He kept in good communication with us and they just finished the work last week. The job looks impeccable and the workers were remarkably fast and quiet. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."
