Hope asked questions to clarify what we needed done, let us know the random few things they found, and texted us pictures and videos of the work when they were done. "Did a great job from start to finish. Responded to my phone call providing a quote based on the square footage of the house. Scheduled a time and he and his assistant showed up on time. Provided information on what he planned to use for cleaning floors, granite, tile etc. Worked diligently and did a very thorough job. Spoke English, clean cut. I found Alba Cleaning on Angi and requested a quote at 10pm on the 8th. I didn’t think they’d be able to come in on such short notice (I needed the cleaning done by 11am on the 9th at this point).
