Most other companies were interested in “catching the critter” and that was it. Matthew {employee name removed}, one of the owners, arrived at my home promptly and was able to verify that we had mice in our attic. He presented several options that could be performed today or at a later date. Matt was an educated professional who was able to explain how the mice were getting into our home. He also presented us with pictures showing evidence of mouse droppings and areas that needed to be closed up where sections of roofing joined. The first visit I had him close two areas with metal to prevent mice from entering. The second visit a few weeks later, he installed stainless steel vent covers on the roof to prevent entry. He was also able to give me estimates on adding additional insulation and soffit vents. I plan to use Buckeye Wildlife Solutions for additional work in the future. They may not be the least expensive, but there prices are in line for the quality of work performed and their knowledge."
