"It went extremely well. Jim was very thorough, explained what needed to be done and did a marvelous job tracking the parts, which was difficult, and then installing them. Couldn't be happier. We are also contacting him to install our dishwasher. Rather than worrying about an unknown quantity in that regard, it's worth the peace of mind to have him do the job right. He was also honest in saying that he would probably be a bit more costly to install than Lowe's or Home Depot, which was impressive. Me, I'm a bit believer in you get what you pay for. At any rate, when I move again, these upgrades will more than pay for themselves."
