"Jeff responded in a timely manner to my request for assistance in snake removal. He came to my house and evaluated the situation .Glue traps were set outside plus he looked to find the source of snake entry into my basement which had occurred last year. I did not want a repeat occurrence of finding a snake in my basement. He came back to my house on a Sunday morning to remove the dead snake and to close up the probable snake entryway into my basement. He communicated well his plan and timeline. He was very professional. Also the service was reasonably priced. I would recommend his services."
