"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"What a mess! The ceiling fan still clicks and shakes, the closet doors are hard to close and don't close all the way. The concrete on the back porch is cracked and flakes off even after ABD had the first pour ripped out and replaced. The shop floor 40 ft long has a 1+ ft drop from the back to the front making it impossible to put tool boxes, shelves or tables in without using blocks to level each item. The shop was to be completely finished, they didn't install trim and put wiring in the bathroom on top of the drywall for the heater. They never missed collecting money, but the quality is a big miss! I wouldn't recommend ABD to build or remodel anything!"

They performed professionally and and did an excellent job with no problems, no errors! They fixed the runs and bad texture on our interior left by the previous "painters." We liked that Mike's crew wasn't inexperienced like we dealt with last time. Plus he was the only painter that answered the phone when we were calling for quotes. The length of time it takes to paint a house will depend on whether you’re doing it yourself or hiring a pro, and the time of year in which you’re planning to do it. A professional paint company can likely complete the job within three to four days, but they may need more time to account for bad weather. By contrast, it may take a week or more when opting to DIY. 

Yes, using oil-based paints is an effective way to paint new metal awnings or update old ones. However, with the wide variety of pre-made kits available now, you might consider just upgrading or purchasing the color of metal awnings you wish instead of painting. 

If your old awnings are still in good shape, painting might make sense. As an added bonus, painting an aluminum awning may also help prevent corrosion.

Painting over cracks without repairing them first will simply lead to needing to fix them later. They will reappear in short order. Usually, just a bit of spackle and a putty knife before painting will do the trick. However, if there are significant cracks, find the source of the problem and fix it before moving forward.

You can technically use wall paint on a ceiling, but it’s not ideal. Wall paint is thinner and more prone to dripping, which makes it harder—and messier—to apply overhead. Any significant level of sheen can highlight ceiling imperfections and create glare from lighting. Flat ceiling paint is the better choice for a smooth, even finish that hides flaws.

You should typically be able to paint baseboards without removing them. If you remove baseboards for painting, you risk creating large nail holes or cracks when putting them back in place after the job is complete. If you need to remove the feature, it is possible to remove baseboards, paint them in another location, and reinstall them.
