Immediately after meeting Keith we knew we wanted to hire him for the job. He was so professional, personable, and knowledgeable. On his second visit, he viewed the tile we picked out, and pointed out several issues with it - poor quality, thin, it bowed (so it wouldn't sit flush). I felt that any other person would have simply installed "just to get the job done" - but, Keith was very insistent that "we would not be happy with the quality of the tile upon installation". He recommended several materials/styles to us, and ultimately we were much happier with the second choice. Once the job started, Keith was communicative about when he would arrive each day - and he was very punctual! He is absolutely a perfectionist, the quality of his work was impeccable. We had a unique/difficult situation with one step that needed to be tiled - and he came up with a great solution, and worked very hard to ensure it perfectly aligned with the main floor tile. I would absolutely recommend Keith to anyone! ... I also want to mention that I have a very curious and inquisitive 8 year old, and he was so kind and patient with her - answer all of her questions and letting her "help" and learn!

Keith came out, assessed the situation and got it done. It was not a big job and compared to others who wanted pictures from me prior to even doing an estimate, it was nice to just have someone who could see the problems with the bad caulking and re-do it properly immediately.

Keith personally handled the repair in our master walk-in shower and showed great knowledge and confidence in his work. He took his time and did not rush the job so it could be done correctly and he took extra steps to make sure the work would last. We have a project downstairs we will definitely be bringing him back to oversee.

Keith put tile in our master closet. This closet ties directly to our bathroom. The transition is seamless and the match is perfect. It looks like all the tile was put down at the same time. Keith was prompt, his estimate on how much time the job would take was correct, and he has a very positive energy about him.

Keith arrived promptly and even charged us less than his estimate since the work was easier then he thought. He cleaned up after his work and everything looks great.

Keith is very friendly, and provides a quality product. He is punctual and trustworthy, and seems to be an expert in his field.

Keith installed over 1,300 square feet of tile, both floor and wall throughout the upstairs of our house. This included intricate cuts throughout three bedrooms, two bath, full kitchen and large dining areas. In the bathrooms this included a shower surround with cut-ins requiring custom cut pieces. Not only did he meet the projects schedule, he went above and beyond to ensure that he communicated his needs and concerns with the project so that I was fully informed of what he needed to complete the job. The work has been grouted and sealed now for a little over a month and it looks as good as when Keith was working on it. We had some concern of chipping just because of the tile I chose but his knowledge on how to cut the tile was able to avoid any complications. He gave us care procedures and I know it will make the grout and tile last many, MANY more years. He is thorough, kind, professional and true craftsman. I look forward to hiring Keith to complete the backsplash in the kitchen, our entryway and then the downstairs remodel. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the work.

Keith was very professional, got the work done within the contract time frame. He was extremely knowledgeable about the tile work, and extremely neat in the way he worked. He was considerate of our home and he explained every phase of the work he was doing. I would and will recommend Keith to anyone and everyone. I will absolutely call him again if and when I need more tile work.

They even came back and repaired a tile that was broken by a different contractor for no charge. They were a million times more reliable than the contractor we hired them to replace.

We are extremely happy with the tile work that Keith and Sandy did in our home! We had tile installed in three of our bathrooms as well as our laundry room - the final outcome far exceeded our expectations. In our master bathroom we also had SunTouch pads (heated flooring) installed under the tile, which involved extra planning and expertise in this area.
