"They arrived late and failed to do the job the way we agreed upon. Work is sound but was not routed as agreed and they ended up drilling a hole in a visible part of my wall and running exposed pipe rather than using the routeing we agreed on which would have been unnoticeable. This was the result of a measuring error, not a conscious decision. Workers knew they made a mistake but completed the work and presented their invoice without mentioning the error. The problem was only discovered when I went to look at the work with the technician before they left. initially, they claimed it was what their boss told them to do but after a call to there boss they admitted their mistake and apologized."

"Went above and beyond what was required of them. I am 64 years old and live alone and he has been here twice and his men have been here once working. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would.
