My house is old and I had not had any work done on the sinks in the bath or kitchen for 20 years. They cleaned up the leaking mess which was unknown to me and replaced the faucets so they work perfectly without any issues. They worked to correct the issues and cleaned up afterwards. The only issue I have is that it was very expensive. I understand everything has gone up but $926.00 to replace the faucets, connections, and pipe work just seemed excessive. I am about to go on Medicare and paying for the repairs left me with $250.00 to live off of until another week before I get paid. I am happy it is over, pleased to have the sinks working like they should and glad not to have to worry about water damage. The workers were wonderful, professional and I know that the amount charge is out of their control but I will think twice about hiring someone without having a written estimate on paper and without obtaining more than one estimate for the work."

He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house.
