We have a contract with them. They came in the spring to check. We just do that. There have been no problems with the checkup. They did install, it has been a few years ago, our new heater. They installed our new air conditioner whenever we got a new air conditioner.

I'd say it went, ok.  They did everything required in their checklist, and they checked the things I asked.  But they said I didn't have any reverse polarity outlets, which is not what the home inspector told me, so somebody's incorrect and I saw the home inspector use a device on the outlets...
