Description of Work: Cold weather is coming. Tried to start the furnace but had a problem I couldn't figure out. Called the office and left a message. This was on a Saturday after hours. Service department called me on Sunday morning and said they could be there in 20 minutes. They were on time, fixed my problem quickly and he was on his way to the next call. That's why I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Thanks.
