Biddle's Heating and Cooling

We have a contract with them. They came in the spring to check. We just do that. There have been no problems with the checkup. They did install, it has been a few years ago, our new heater. They installed our new air conditioner whenever we got a new air conditioner.

Great, thought had a much bigger problem then we actually did. Turns out we just needed some maintenance work done. They were on time, told us exactly what was wrong and showed us how to prevent problems in the future.

Interior heat pump unit was leaking. Biddle's sent someone out as soon as they could. They located the source of the problem in a defective pump and replaced the pump. This wasn't as easy as it might seem: the unit was a replacement, and, as with many replacements, it had been put in a space meant for a smaller unit. This made the job more complicated. I was afraid a portion of a wall would have to be removed for access. However, the crew worked very hard to avoid that. Excellent job, full clean-up. The crew let me know exactly what they were doing.
