I had been to evry oil change place around and ALL only changed oil and maybe looked at something else or 2, never did everything they were supose to. Even to the point when i had one done at a Jiffy Lube in Martinsburg, WV that the next day the motor blew,, no oil. Motor had 38,000 miles on it. They, of course denied all fault. After that, I would always find a fluid that was low or intentionally take some out, usually something important like brake fluid, so that i could check it after i left and se if they checket it. Every place in Cumberland had checked off their list that everything had been filled or checked and every place sooner or later did not. Then i went to Mobile One on McMullen Highway. I could not and have not in the last 6 years caught him :)
Once i thought they did not rotate my tires. I went back and question him. He took me and my receipt back into his office punched the numbers into his computer. A video of my car rolling into the bay appeared. Immediately, the car was raised and the tires were rotated :). Dave said he trusted his people fully, but we'll make sure.
