(The house has a half-basement.) He arrived early in a clean company vehicle and in uniform. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and down-to-earth. His inspection of the areas of concern took some time because he was so very thorough. Once completed with the inspection, he presented various options, and we discussed each option. Seems his concern was more about what was best for my situation rather than profit. I really appreciated that. This time, a mouse had gotten in thru an open garage door when weather started getting cold, and had found a hole in a cinder block wall and had babies! I had already trapped and killed 5 before calling Alford. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out.
