"Second Chance Moving did a fantastic job. It was a long, hot day moving a ton of stuff but these guys were kind, professional, and worked their butts off. "The move was professionally done. Members of the moving team were pleasant and informative. They carefully assessed the best way to get the piano in my house. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. "How did it go? It went terrific! Three men showed up, backed up to my side entrance, and the ramp went half way up my stairs. Genius! The guys were the nicest individuals you could possibly meet.
