The estimate was the most reasonable one we had received--and we contacted several in the local area. After we agreed to the price and sent over the signed form, we received a call promptly to set up a time for the workers to complete the job. Once again, the workers showed up at the mutually agreed upon date and time. They worked hard throughout the day to install the shower. But after they left and after some careful inspection, we noticed an area outside the shower's border that we thought could have been finished a little bit better. So we called the office and they sent out Kevin again to inspect the work. He completed the job to our satisfaction with the second service trip included in the original estimate.
