"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Found Machen Brothers on Angie's list.  Called and Jodie Machen came over that afternoon to look at the job and give an estimate.  I had a gently sloping rood over porch that had previously been covered with heated rubber roofing.  The current roof had deteriorated and was beginning to leak.  Another contractr had told me it wasn't pitched enough - Jodie assured me it was and that he could do the job for far less than had been quoted to me.  He contacted my Home Warranty provider, gave them an estimate and all the details, and promised he would be back in touch as soon as weather was good enough to do the work.
Jodie and helper showed up and completed the work in 2 days time.  They matched the shingles with my original roof, flashed the roof with the house siding, gently removed the gutters, then replaced them when complete.  Work was exactly what was estimated, and completed in a timely manner.   I am very satisfied and will use him again!

I was on a set budget due to getting a loan to cover costs and Wade was extremely helpful in helping me figure out to plans to fit what I could afford. He and their office manager Ashley were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Two different crews came to my home, one for each project and both were friendly and polite! Issues had came up with both projects, that would have sent me way over budget but the owner Edgar talked to me about different options and when it came to keeping me on budget with the roof and when the deck was much worse than we thought had gone above and beyond to stay true to the contract and with helping with my budget and what I was needing/wanting. I would 100% choose them again and will be when time comes for more projects!"
